Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Brussels Sprouts
An easy meal to eat on its own or as a side dish. Vegan and soy-free.

- 2-3 sweet potatoes
- 1 lbs Brussels sprouts approx. 0.5 kg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil avocado or sunflower oil
- 1-1.5 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano or majoram
- 1 tsp paprika
Optional
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp red hot pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish source of Omega 3
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds for garnish protein
