If you answered yes to one or more of the following statements, this challenge is for you!
- you haven’t exercised for a while;
- you want an accountability buddy to get active again;
- you identify your fitness level as a beginner to intermediate;
- you want to lose fat or gain muscle and need a “push”;
- you are healthy in general (i.e. no recent injuries, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, family history or coronary heart disease, etc.)
- you realize that the program is not in-person training;
